Reliable Signal Transmission Under Rotation
RF rotary joints enable reliable signal transmission between stationary and rotating components in systems such as radar, satellite communications (SatCom, VSAT), medical imaging, broadcast equipment, and cable management. Designed for high-frequency environments, these components ensure consistent RF performance even under continuous rotation.
To suit various mechanical configurations, rotary joints are available in three interface styles:
- I-style: Interfaces aligned with the rotational axis
- U-style: Interfaces perpendicular to the rotational axis
- L-style: One interface aligned, the other perpendicular

Coaxial RF Rotary Joints
Coaxial RF rotary joints offer broadband signal transmission from DC up to 67 GHz, making them suitable for a wide range of RF and data applications. These units can be either contacting or non-contacting, depending on the frequency and system requirements. They are commonly used in SatCom systems, medical equipment, and broadcast technology.
Available configurations:
- 1-Channel Coaxial RF Rotary Joint – Ideal for single-path RF transmission
- 2-Channel Coaxial RF Rotary Joint – Enables dual-path signal transmission in compact form
- Multichannel Coaxial RF Rotary Joint – Designed for complex systems with multiple RF/data channels

Waveguide RF Rotary Joints
Waveguide RF rotary joints are designed for high-frequency applications requiring low loss, high power handling, and long operational life. These non-contacting units are ideal for radar systems, satellite uplinks, and other precision RF setups. Their robust design supports frequencies up to 94 GHz, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
Available configurations:
- 1-Channel Waveguide RF Rotary Joint – Compact and efficient for single-band transmission
- 2-Channel Waveguide RF Rotary Joint – Supports dual-band transmission (e.g., X-band and L-band) in one module
