Miniature Accelerometer for High-Dynamic & Precision Systems

The AI-Q-560 accelerometer leverages InnaLabs® Quartz Flexure technology to offer control-grade, tactical performance in a miniature, rugged design.

With a measurement range of ±15g and excellent long-term repeatability of <1mg and 600ppm (one-year repeatability), the AI-Q-560 ensures precision and reliability even in demanding environments. The sensor features high thermal stability and an internal temperature sensor for thermal compensation, ensuring consistent performance across temperature variations.

Its analogue current output facilitates integration into various systems, making it an optimal solution for high-accuracy commercial Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) and other precision applications where space is limited.
