Order Returns
If a buyer wishes to return a product, they shall always attain approval from Penlink AB before the return. Email RMA@penlink.se for approval. The product shall at the cost and risk of the customer be sent together with a notification of return. The form for notification of return can be obtained from Penlink AB. Returns without an enclosed notification of return or approval from Penlink AB will not be accepted.
